Building your own brand is a big step. Here’s how we handle it to ensure quality:
The "Golden Sample"
Mass production doesn't start until you've held a physical sample in your hand and given us the official "OK." This prevents any technical surprises later.
MOQ Reality
Custom molds and private labels have fixed setup costs. We’ll always be upfront about Minimum Order Quantities based on your specific requirements.
03. Payment & Getting Your Goods
We follow standard international B2B trade practices to ensure order security:

Payment Schedule: A 30% deposit is required to initiate the production. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full before the goods leave our factory or designated loading warehouse.

Logistics & Incoterms: We typically operate under FOB, FCA, or EXW terms. Once the final payment is confirmed, we handle all export documentation and coordinate with your forwarder for loading. This policy ensures a smooth process for all shipping methods, including Sea, Rail, and Road freight.
04. Your Brand Assets are Safe
We understand the trust it takes to share a design with a manufacturer. At Mifansoda, we strictly protect your intellectual property. If you pay for a private mold or custom logo project, those designs stay exclusive to your brand. We are manufacturers focused on your success, not resellers of your hard-earned ideas.
05. Quality & Product Responsibility
Our machines are built to meet CE, RoHS, and LFGB standards. However, since soda makers involve high-pressure CO2 components, Mifansoda cannot be held liable for damages caused by the use of uncertified 3rd-party cylinders, unauthorized valve modifications, or failing to follow the safety manuals provided.
