The Qingdao Headquarters

We established our dedicated R&D Center in Qingdao. Unlike others who chased fast consumer electronics, we initiated deep research specifically into soda water carbonation machines, studying pressure dynamics and fluid mechanics.

The Safety Imperative

Carbonation deals with high-pressure CO2. To guarantee absolute safety, we invested heavily in establishing our in-house High-Pressure Burst Testing Lab. Every valve design is pushed beyond its limits—tested to withstand up to 3 times the standard operational pressure before it is approved for mass production.

Global Logistics Hub

Recognizing the complexities of international B2B trade, we expanded into Central-Eastern China. We established our dedicated Sales, Customer Service, and Warehousing center in Bengbu, Anhui. This separated manufacturing noise from client communication, allowing us to provide VIP-level export services.

We achieved comprehensive ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our assembly lines were upgraded with semi-automated pneumatic tooling. Simultaneously, our material supply chain passed rigorous European LFGB and US FDA food-grade compliance audits, opening doors to top-tier retail chains globally.

We maintain an annual capacity of 100,000 units. This is the sweet spot. It allows us to be large enough to fulfill global container orders, yet focused enough to ensure every single machine undergoes rigorous manual and automated testing.

Precision Injection Molding Hub

The foundation of a great soda maker is its housing. Our injection molding sector is equipped with advanced multi-axis CNC machines and high-tonnage injection presses. We work with premium ABS and PET raw materials sourced from certified global vendors.

Having our own molding machines means we control the structural integrity from pellet to casing. It also allows us to rapidly prototype custom CMF (Color, Material, Finish) requests for private label clients without relying on third-party molders.

QC and Pressure Testing Lab

4-Stage Pressure & QC Lab

Carbonation is serious business. Our dedicated Quality Control lab simulates extreme conditions. We perform Lifecycle Fatigue Testing (pressing the carbonation lever 10,000+ times to ensure spring resilience) and Hydrostatic Burst Testing on our PET bottles and safety valves.

Every assembled unit goes through an air-tightness and pressure release audit before it is ever placed into a retail box. If a machine cannot vent excess CO2 perfectly during our stress tests, it is immediately rejected.
